Crushers Philosophy                            Crushers is a volunteer run organization that provides youth soccer for the enjoyment of parents and players.  The Crushers Soccer Club is based on six principles:

·         EVERYONE PLAYS--At least half of every game in the U6 to U10 divisions.  Competitive divisions (U12 to U16) are not subject to this rule, but we aspire to that goal.

  • OPEN REGISTRATION--We have sign-ups, not try-outs.  As long as there is space on a team (and enough coaches) every child is welcome.
  • BALANCED TEAMS--Coaches divide teams with players interest in mind and with the intention of maximizing each player's growth potential.
  • POSITIVE COACHING--Building soccer skills and self-worth come through encouragement and teaching in a positive environment.
  • GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP -- Positive behavior is encouraged on and off the field.
  • INVOLVEMENT -- The success of the club depends on the contributions of time and effort and dedication by all its members.
